We sell the one thing nobody photographs.
A guest will forget your lobby's marble within a week. They will not forget how it smelled. PetalAir exists because that memory is buildable, repeatable and, unlike most of a fit-out, it can be maintained for the price of a decent lunch per day.
What we actually do
Three jobs, in this order.
PetalAir started with a problem nobody wanted to own: hotels in Dhaka were buying diffusers from three different importers, running them on whatever oil arrived, and wondering why the lobby smelled like a different building every quarter.
So we stopped selling boxes. We survey the space first — square footage, ceiling height, where the air actually moves, what hours the room is busy. Then we build an accord for it. Then we keep it running: oil before the tank is empty, a technician on a schedule, a photo and a signature at every visit.
Cold air, on purpose
Every device we install is a cold-air nebuliser. Nothing heats the oil, so the top notes you approved are the ones your guests get. Nothing atomises water, so nothing lands on your fabric, your glass or your artwork. The trade-off is that the hardware costs more and the oil has to be good. We think that trade-off is the whole product.
IFRA, not vibes
Every oil we blend is compliant with IFRA standards for the category it is used in. Clinics and hospitals get formulations without the sensitisers you'd happily put in a nightclub. We will show you the documentation before you ask for it.
